Step by step activities to complete the lesson plan:

Step 1: Instruction how to use VR headset and presentation how activity goes (10 minutes)

Step 2: Watching/listening of 360° video of Kaunas, Lithuania. (10 minutes)

Step 3: Watching of 360° video of Kaunas, Lithuania one more time (mute the sound). And play the relaxation audio text on the other device/audio player (or visitor can choose the sound of Symphony M. K. Čiurlionis “Miške”. Sit and relax. (10 minutes)

Relaxation/visualization text (to be recorded, … in this text means 2 sec.pause reading):
"Get comfortable. Feel your legs resting. Hands hang freely at the sides. Lean your back against the back of the chair. A few times slowly take a deep breath inhale... exhale... As you inhale the belly rises and as you exhale it descends. Breathe calmly, evenly. You feel how fresh air fills your lungs when you inhale 1...2... 3... 4... and relaxation washes over you. Exhaling releases tension and anxiety. It dissipates and disappears. 1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... Breathe in Peace again. You are fine, calm down… now you are in the cable car slowly moving down.. focus your gaze out the window on the seemingly passing trees.. (3 sec.) Inhale... exhale… Cable car gets you to an open square. Look around.. what you can see?.. what you can feel?.. You are standing there calm and relaxed. People, cars move past you.. you are standing there calmly.. you don't want to go anywhere, you don't want to rush anywhere… Look around… and find those blooming flowers.. What color is it?.. How do they smell?.. Slowly inhale... exhale… Now look up… to the sky… Notice the floating clouds… The clouds are light and easy… like you.. light and relaxed… Feel the sun’s rays warming you.. it is nice.., warm.. and good for you.. Look around.. Notice the flickering fire… It is eternal fire… it never fades… like your inner peace and calmness.. it is always inside you.. your body is calm, relaxed.. how calm your thoughts are… 1 - take a deep breath of fresh air and feel a sense of peace filling your chest… 2 - feel how the sun's rays pleasantly warm and relax you… 3 - you become more and more relaxed and feel as if time has stopped for a minute… as if allowing you to enjoy a pleasant moment… 4 - you feel safe and calm... the warm breeze tousles your hair and makes you feel lightness in your body… Guided by this lightness you ascend to the roof of the building...it's an observation deck of the church...look around… What you can see?.. What do you feel?... Notice the open door... it seems to invite you to come inside and take a look.. Would you like to go inside the building?... It's so peaceful and completely quiet in here… Stay in this silence for a few seconds.. breathe calmly and evenly… (3 sec.) Notice the light that penetrates the interior of the church through the many windows… The sun's rays and the heat they emit reach you in this space as well… This place is sacred… This place is magnificent… You are safe..calm..and relaxed… Let's go back to the roof of the church… Take a deep breath of pure and fresh summer air.. Raise your head to the blue sky...this color gives you comfort...your mind and body are filled with this blue color… Enjoy the views around you for a few seconds, fly wherever you want… (4-5 sec.) Now, from the roof of the church, gently descend to the ground… I will count from 5 to 1 and on the count of 1 you will take off your headset and feel refreshed and rested.. 5 - return your mind to this room.. 4 - feel your body recover and become fresher… 3- take a deep breath and feel a surge of energy.. 2 - move your toes and fingers, stretch… 1 - you are rested, refreshed, active and in a good mood."

Step 4: Self-reflection (visitor expresses what he/she felt during VR experience by painting on A3 paper with e.g acrylic paints). (30 minutes)
