The seventh partners' meeting took place in Florence (IT) on 18 July 2023 and the main discussed topics have been:
• Intellectual Output 2 - VRSciT SPOT: Presentation of the physical spots;
• Intellectual Output 3 - VRSciT SPOT: Presentation of the 2D teasers;
• Training Activity in Bragança (PT): Presentation of the activities carried out
• Sustainability: Presentation of the planned activities on how to use the project results after the end of the project life-time
Inside Centro Ciência Viva de Bragança (Portugal) there is now a structure entirely dedicated to the exploration of the virtual paths developed within the project. The structure offers 4 3D viewers and a large screen where visitors can see in 2D what users experience in 3D.
The immersive experience is now available. It is a different innovative informal virtual reality experience. A 3D virtual journey has been created guiding the users across Braganca castle in Portugal, Appennino Mountains in Abruzzo Region, the streets of Kaunas in Lithuania and the Skayle data centre in Spain.
The lesson plan Play the Kaunas has the objectives of:
1) To introduce learners to the interwar period in Kaunas, Lithuania and its cultural, scientific, and social heritage.
2) Develop cognitive processes (memory, concentration)
The sixth partners' meeting took place in Teramo (IT) on 27-28 February 2023 and the main discussed topics have been:
• Intellectual Output 2 - VRSciT SPOT: Presentation of the immersive experience;
• Intellectual Output 2 - VRSciT SPOT: Presentation of the physical VRSciT SPOT in the 4 museums;
• Intellectual Output 3 - Online Web Toolkit: Presentation of the activities to be carried out;
• Training Activity in Bragança (PT): Presentation of the programme and of the documents to be used for the Europass mobility
The fifth partners' meeting took place in Leon (ES) on 19 - 20 September 2022 and the main discussed topics have been:
• Presentation of one 360° video footage per country integrated with the soundtrack
• Presentation of the application to run the 360° video footage and the 3D objects
• Planning of the activities for the finalization of the application and the creation of the physical spaces in the museums
• Planning of the training activity organized by IPB in Portugal

The fourth meeting took place in Kaunas (LT) on 07-08 March 2022.
Lorenzo Martellini presented to the partners the current situation and the results achieved regarding the Intellectual Output 2: VRSciT SPOT. Each partner presented the developed 3D objects and the video footage recorded and edited up until now.
The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to get to discuss all details related to the next project's activities.

The Third Transnational Meeting of the VRSciT project was held on 6-7 September 2021. Ivone Cláudia Barreira dos Santos Fachada and Lorenzo Martellini presented to the partners the results achieved regarding the Intellectual output 1: Literature Review and the current situation for the Intellectual output 2: VRSciT SPOT.
The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to get to discuss all details related to the next project's activities.
The Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) and the Museums completed their work related to the Intellectual Output 1: Literature Review: VR applied in educational and cultural institutions and their impact.

The Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) and the Museums involved as Contractual Partners of the project are working on the development of the Intellectual Output 1: "Literature Review: VR applied in educational and cultural institutions and their impact" identyfing and reviewing 3D elements associated with the promotion of educational tourism, cultural heritage, and natural places areas.

The Higher Educational Institutions (HEI) and the Museums involved as Contractual Partners of the project are working on the development of the Intellectual Output 1: "Literature Review: VR applied in educational and cultural institutions and their impact" developing a literature review of academic publications about VR applied to educational tourism which has been organized in an online database.

The online partners’ meeting was held online on 07 May 2021. Ivone Cláudia Barreira dos Santos Fachada from CCVB (PT) and Lorenzo Martellini from Pixel (IT) presented to the activities carried out so far by the partners. At the end of the meeting all the partners had a clear view of the future project's implementation and the next activities which are the review and the creation of the 3D objects as well as the recording of the 360° video.
Different Institutions and organisations are being contacted to join the project in order to contribute to the improvement of the project impact on their target groups and to ensure the project sustainability by continuing using the project deliverables in the next years.
The associate partners of the VRSciT project are organizations interested in sustainable development issues. All associated partners share the project objectives and are willing to contribute to their achievement.

The Kick-off meeting took place online on 18 - 19 February 2021. Ivone Cláudia Barreira dos Santos Fachada and Lorenzo Martellini presented the project and the activities to be carried out to the partners. The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to get to know each other and to discuss all details related to the project's activities.
At the end of the meeting all the partners had a clear view of the future project's implementation, the financial rules and the next activities which consists in the identification and review of scientific, educational and academic publications on how virtual reality can be used to promote educational tourism, cultural heritage and natural places.
