Can be used to teach history of early middle age Lithuania. Lithuania has around 800 existing hillforts and mounds in it's territory. Their are considered part of cultural heritage. Bisinė Castle was build on The Kartupėnai Mound and was the first castle in Lithuanian territory that was attacked by the crusaders.
