Large vulture existing in Portugal, it has a long neck, with light feathers at the base, a woolly-looking head, dark, curved and strong beak, large wings, with brownish plumage and darker feathers at the end of the wings, being also known as bustard, brita-bone, griffon vulture, griffon.
